His research focuses on microarchitectural side-channel attacks and system security.
He obtained his master's degree at the University of Innsbruck with a thesis on cache attacks combined with machine learning.
The thesis was supervised by Daniel Gruss (Graz University of Technology) and Christian Sillaber (University of Innsbruck).
