Blaž Podgorelec is a researcher at the Institute of Applied Information Processing and Communications (IAIK) - Graz University of Technology (TU Graz) in team A-SIT (Secure Information Technology Center Austria). He is also a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (FERI) - University of Maribor (Slovenia). Before joining IAIK, he was employed as a researcher at the Institute of Informatics (FERI - UM Maribor), where he was also an active member of the Blockchain Lab:UM team. His current research interests include Blockchain technology, Decentralized technologies, Digital Identities, Privacy, Web 3.0, and Applied Cryptography.
