The following two chip testers are used in our lab.
National Instruments PXI 1042QThe NI PXI 1042 is a PC-based platform for chip testing. The tester allows the measurements of digital and analog signals
with modular I/O control, 10 MHz reference clock, and low 43 dBA acoustic emissions.
