Motorized Scanning Stages

For chip measurements and invasive interventions, we use an Axiskop 40 microscope from Märzhäuser Wetzler which provides a stepper motor that can be connected to a PC. The PC is able to automatically adjust the stepper or it is also possible to use a manual joystick controller (STM3).
