Privacy policy statement

For each visitor to our web pages, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP Address and domain name. We collect information on what pages are accessed or visited, which requests caused errors, respectively. Our mail server automatically logs the email address of those who send email to our domain, aliases and mailing-lists maintained by us. The collected information is used for internal review and may be used to assess the overall interest in the public information we provide and to improve the content of our site. The collected information is not shared or revealed to third parties.

Our firewall automatically recognizes the ip address and the domain name of each attempt to or from any icmp, udp, or tcp service at any computer in our domain, logs and alarms are automatically generated. We collect this information to detect unauthorized access, to perform intrusion detection and to keep our and our customer's interests protected. Except for the student and web domain only encrypted access according to our security policy is admitted.
