Thomas Zefferer

Curriculum vitae

Thomas Zefferer was born in March 1981 in Graz, Austria. After primary school, he attended grammar school (Wirtschatskundliches Bundesrealgymnasium) in Graz from 1991 to 1999. In the year 2000, he started to study computer sciences ("Telematik") at Graz University of Technology. He received his bachelor degree in 2004 and henceforward focussed on IT security and communication systems in his studies. In 2006, he wrote his master thesis about Differential Power Analyis Attacks on protected logic styles. After obtaining his Dipl.-Ing. degree (corresponds to master) in 2007, he joined the IAIK team and is currently working on projects regarding E-Government solutions and applications. In his spare time, he likes to do sports, travelling, and reading.
